When you've found your dream home, you will be able to make an offer electronically sign all documents electronically with a digital signature so there is no need to leave your home. We can also include provisions if desired that enable offers subject to visual inspection within 2 business days. This ensures an opportunity for a physical walkthrough if desired following our virtual video tour. So we can work with your level of comfort! 

5) Delivery of Earnest Money

Celtic Realty does not accept or handle earnest money. Social distancing options will be made available to transfer funds to the identified title company to ensure your earnest money is delivered timely. You will have the option of wiring your earnest money electronically for a smooth transaction.

6) Home Inspections

Home Inspectors are also utilizing common sense measures to keep you and their inspectors safe during COVOD19. This includes wearing personal protective equipment, complying with social distancing and limiting the number of people present during the inspection. Your Home Inspector will send you a detailed report with photos and descriptions, allowing you to further get to know your property and will identify any concerns or possible needs for future repairs for full transparency. 

7) Virtual Closings

Most all of the closing documents required can be signed electronically. The closing procedural meetings that occur in person will be limited to those parties that are absolutely necessary.
